LUXURY MEETS EFFICIENCY

This brand new 2016 Sprinter Van 2500 came to us as a blank canvas from the owners who wish to cruise the highways in a luxurious home on wheels.

PLANNING AND MOCK-UPS

We begin by taping out a mock-up of where things will go and ensuring our client is 100% satisfied with everything before building.

CUSTOM WINDOWS AND FRIDGE/FREEZER INSTALLATION

Next, we cut holes for and install new passenger and driver’s side rear windows and begin installing interior paneling and initial forms for cabinets. After that, we installed the fridge and freezer combo to ensure the enclosure could accommodate it.

DRY FIT AND FRAMING

We dry-fit the interior to take measurements and show where everything will be situated. The air conditioner and rear ventilation fan are also installed here, along with the framing for the shower.

The generator is installed below the kitchen counter assembly with easy access through the side door – easily removed when needed. Below the microwave, oven, and stovetop, we will install drawers, and cupboards will be installed in a U-shape above the bed towards the rear of the van.

FINISH WORK, ELECTRICAL, AND PLUMBING

After many dry fits and tweaking, we install all components and storage compartments. Work on the shower is progressing.

Electrical and plumbing work is completed, and wall panels are installed. Cupboards in, stove top, and sink are in, as is the electrical panel!
